Keystone Method™ Engagement Fees
Every client begins with the Keystone Method™ — a defined engagement where we align priorities and bring your financial life into one coordinated system.
Keystone Essentials
Often chosen by pre-retirees and households with simpler needs.
Good fit signals:
- No business ownership or K-1s; one or two steady income sources
- No equity compensation or major transactions planned
- Estate planning straightforward or already current
Keystone Core
Standard track for most households seeking clarity and coordination.
Good fit signals:
- Mix of accounts (taxable/retirement/HSA) needing coordination
- Rental property or charitable giving goals
- Equity compensation (RSUs/ISOs/ESPP) or multiple income streams
- Estate updates or protection review overdue
Keystone Premier
Built for business owners and complex households.
Good fit signals:
- S-corp/LLC/partnership or K-1s; multi-entity needs
- Designing or revisiting a 401(k)/cash-balance/owner plan
- Potential sale, acquisition, or buy-sell considerations
- Multi-state issues, multiple properties, trusts, or family entities
Ongoing Advisory Relationship
After Keystone, most clients continue with Ongoing Guidance to keep strategy, investments, and taxes coordinated over time.
Fee Structure
- Minimum annual fee: $5,000 (Core) or $8,000 (Premier).
- Core: Spring & Fall reviews as the standard rhythm—and we’ll meet anytime life or markets require it.
- Premier: A quarterly planning cadence (Spring, Q2, Fall, Q4) with additional check-ins as needed for major decisions.
- If assets don’t meet the minimum, a supplemental planning fee applies.
- Assets don’t have to move to us; planning-only options are available (subject to capacity).
- Between meetings, our team manages the ongoing strategy, investment monitoring/trading, and coordination year-round.
What's coordinated long-term:
Strategy (planning & prioritization)
Investments (management & monitoring)
Tax Preparation (if using Talley Tax)
Transparency Note: We operate on a flat-fee, tier-based model. Our work connects directly to planning and investment services. In some cases, compensation may also include commissions for insurance or investment products. All costs are disclosed before any decisions are made.
