Meet the People Behind Talley Wealth

David Talley, CFP®, ChFC®, EA
Founder & Lead Advisor
David leads Talley Wealth with a calm, practical approach that helps people make sense of life's biggest financial decisions. He believes good planning should feel clear, connected, and stress-free.
A Johnson City native, David combines more than a decade of experience in wealth and tax strategy with a genuine love for helping others build confidence in their financial lives. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, time outdoors with his family, and good books that challenge how he thinks.

Stephenee Carberry, FPQP
Practice Manager
Stephenee joined Talley Wealth in 2024, bringing with her a background in Business Management and a growing expertise in the financial industry. She's known for her genuine dedication to helping others and takes pride in creating an experience that leaves every client feeling clear and confident about their next steps.
Outside of work, Stephenee enjoys time with her husband — her high school sweetheart — and rarely misses a Tennessee football game (Go Vols!). She's happiest during the summer months, loves to travel, and is steadily working her way through a very long bucket list of destinations.

Daisy
Chief of Morale
Daisy keeps everyone at the office smiling. Whether she's greeting visitors, curling up under a desk, or reminding the team it's time for a break, she brings energy and warmth to every day. Clients know her as the friendly face (and wagging tail) that makes financial planning feel just a little lighter.
