Who answers the phone

David Talley, CFP®, ChFC®, EA

The person you would be working with, from the first call on.

How the fifteen minutes go

  1. The first minute You say what brought you here. One sentence is plenty.
  2. Minutes two to ten David asks about the shape of things: where you are, what is coming, what has felt unresolved.
  3. Minutes ten to fourteen Whether the fit is there, and what the next step would look like if it is. If it is not, he says so and points you somewhere better.
  4. Minute fifteen You decide nothing. The next step is yours to take, or not.

Reviews are not a promise about anyone's future experience. They are useful because they show what clients say mattered: clarity, preparation, responsiveness, and having planning, tax, and investment questions looked at together.

He explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand what he's suggesting and why. He is very responsive to emails, and his professional approach engenders trust and respect. I would definitely recommend him for investment advice, tax planning, estate planning, and tax preparation. It's very reassuring to have everything looked after seamlessly by one person. Thank you David!”

Common questions

Is there any cost for the Explore Call?

None. It's a short conversation to see if we should keep talking.

Will I be pressured to move forward?

No. The call is meant to help both of us understand whether there is a fit. If it makes sense to continue, we'll explain the next step. If it does not, we'll say that directly.

What if I'm not ready to make any decisions?

That's the norm, not the exception. Most people who schedule an Explore Call are still figuring out what they need. That's what the call is for.

Can I schedule even if I am not sure what I need?

Yes. That is often the best reason to schedule. You do not need to diagnose the problem before we talk.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. If there is a specific question, concern, or decision on your mind, bring that. David will guide the rest of the conversation.

Do you have minimums?

No minimum to start. Keystone is a flat-fee planning engagement open to anyone it fits. If wealth advisory makes sense later, we will explain that structure clearly before you decide.
